What’s one belief or value that guides your coaching?
I believe every student is a unique individual, and that belief shapes the way I approach coaching. What works for one student may not work for another, so I strive to create a supportive, personalized space where each student can explore what success and well-being look like for them.
What’s your favorite part of working with students?
I’ve had the privilege of working with college students for over a decade in areas like campus housing, student organizations, fraternity and sorority life, and academic advising. No matter the role, my favorite part has always been connecting with students and helping them pursue the experiences and opportunities that matter most to them.
What’s your go-to song when you need a boost of motivation?
Anything by Taylor Alison Swift! Lately, I’ve been especially inspired by “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” and “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.”
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?
I love to recharge by dancing it out at a Happy Hour cardio class at Drip Drop Fitness or settling in with some cozy hobbies—whether it’s gaming, reading, or diving into a creative project.
Student Quote:
“Allison was very kind and engaged during the meetings. It seems like she really cares about the students. It was very nice to debrief with someone about what’s going on in my life and have a friendly face to walk to every so often!”
