What’s one belief or value that guides your coaching?
I believe that every student has the capacity to thrive when they feel seen, supported, and empowered. My coaching is rooted in meeting students where they are and helping them build confidence and resilience as they navigate challenges.
What’s a Tallahassee event or festival you always recommend to students?
I always recommend Infinity Con! It’s such a fun and welcoming event for anyone who loves pop culture, comics, gaming, or just being around a creative community. There’s something for everyone: cosplay, panels, vendors, and great opportunities to meet people with similar interests. It’s a perfect way for students to step off campus for a day and connect with the larger Tallahassee community.
What advice would you give to a student just starting out at FSU?
Get involved early and be open to new experiences. FSU is full of opportunities to connect with others, explore your interests, and find your community. The sooner you start building those connections, the more supported and successful you’ll feel.

Testimonial:
“My College Life Coach has become someone that I can turn to for anything, whether that be academic advice or just life in general. This program has given me a support that I trust wholeheartedly. He has asked me the hard questions about situations that I would typically avoid, but those hard questions are what has helped me grow during my time here at Florida State.”
