Professional Achievements: Coordinated Mental Health First Aid training with the University Counseling Center to best support coaching students (The Florida State University). Created a roster management protocol to actively track student success (The Florida State University). Researched student-athlete mental health access barriers to promote help-seeking behaviors (2019); Researched the impacts of gender norms on student-athlete welfare (2018); Aided in organizing the 2017 NCAA DI Volleyball Tournament First and Second rounds in Wichita, KS (2017).
