What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?
I love to cook, so making a delicious and colorful meal for my family is the perfect way to get creative and decompress after a long day. I’ll even plate it like I’m on a fancy cooking show.
What’s your favorite spot on campus to relax, reflect, or recharge?
A lap around Landis Green does wonders, especially in the sunshine.
What’s something unique about Tallahassee that you’ve come to love?
Tallahassee's trails have become one of my favorite things about living here. They're all a little different, which I love, and they're well maintained and perfect for hiking, running, or biking.
Student comment excerpt: “Honestly, it’s just been so helpful to have a scheduled meeting with someone every other week to just check in. Some weeks I don’t have much I need help with, but the repetitive nature of the meetings has allowed us to set up enough of a relationship that when I do come in with problems I need assistance with, I completely trust Jessica and she knows me well enough to know how to be helpful. It’s also just helpful to have a 3rd party person who is not directly involved in my day-to-day life to have as a sounding board of sorts, to bounce some of my goals and concerns off of."
